We provide mobile bartending, event staffing, and consulting services tailored for restaurants, lounges, and private events. From licensed bartenders and polished servers to barbacks and bottle service staff—we deliver a team you can trust to show up prepared, look the part, and enhance your guests’ experience.

We help startups and venue owners build their bar operations from the ground up—developing SOPs, training systems, bar setups, and more. We also offer bar coaching and basic skills training to help rising talent thrive in this fast-paced industry.

Hi! I’m Shavonna — founder of Melange Hospitality Group, a hospitality company rooted in passion, professionalism, and people-first experiences.

With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve done it all — from bartending high-end events to managing teams and creating unforgettable atmospheres. But for me, this work goes beyond great service. I believe hospitality is about connection — about helping people feel seen, celebrated, and completely taken care of.

That’s the standard I bring to every event: whether it’s an intimate celebration, a corporate function, or a full-scale production, my goal is to exceed expectations and bring your vision to life with ease, energy, and excellence.

While hospitality is my current lane, impact is my long-term mission. I’m actively working toward launching a nonprofit to support at-risk youth and those aging out of foster care — offering guidance, housing, and a chance at real opportunity.

This isn’t just business to me — it’s personal. It’s purpose.
